When Goodie Chi started singing:

I started singing at the age of 5. I still remember the first time I did a special number in church—everyone praised me so much, and it made me feel seen and appreciated. That same year, I also sang during my graduation, and since then, it became a tradition. Every graduation or school event, I would be asked to sing. That’s when I realized I had a gift, and I’ve loved singing ever since.

What inspired Goodie Chi to pursue music as a career/passion:

The joy I feel when I sing and the way people respond has always inspired me. Music became more than just something I did—it became a part of who I am. Writing and singing songs helped me express myself, share my faith, and inspire others. It was clear to me that this wasn’t just a hobby; it was a calling. I chose to pursue music because it's my way of connecting with God and touching lives. Singing brings me deep fulfillment, and I believe it’s a gift I was given for a reason—to worship, to heal, and to uplift. Music is how I tell my story and share my faith with the world.

Yes, absolutely. I’ve been greatly influenced by artists like GUC and Ada Ehi. Their music, passion, and unique way of ministering through sound have shaped the way I write and sing. They inspire me to stay authentic, faith-driven, and spirit-filled in my musical journey.
